Vendor FAQ

How do I become a vendor at EuroBronyCon?

If you want to be a vendor at EuroBronyCon, you need to fill out the ‘Vendor Application’. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you if your application was accepted. On a variety of criteria, we will decide according to the information provided in the application, whether it matches our guidelines and expectations. After the application is accepted, you need to pay the vendor fee and get yourself a Standard-Ticket or any other Ticket available at our TicketShop. You will receive further instructions on how to proceed in that regard.

How long will the ‘Vendor Application’ be open for registration?

The ‘Vendor Application’ will close as soon as all tables are taken, but at the latest of one month prior to the event.

What options and dimensions are there in regards to the vendor tables?

Our vendor tables have a size of 1,85m x 0,8m and every vendor can get up to two tables. One table is 60€ and two tables are 140€ for all three days of the event.

Where is my table going to be?

We will decide according to what vendors are selling to create diversity throughout the venue. Anyways, you can reach out to us if you want a specific position for your table and we will see what we can do about that.

What is provided by the venue, except the tables?

Chairs and power supply is provided for every vendor and is included in the price. Please notice that only Austrian/German standard power sockets (CEE 7/3 socket Type F | 230V-50Hz) will be provided.

Can I bring assistance with me?

Yes you can. Please mention in the ‘Vendor Application’ how many people besides yourself will be at your table. If the number of people that will be at your table changes after your application was accepted, you need to inform us in that regard. Please note that every assistant needs to get a valid ticket to the convention.

Are vendors allowed to sell explicit content (“NSFW”)?

Yes, but any goods that could be regarded as explicit content (“NSFW”) are subject to special regulations and are only allowed to be sold in specific separate areas and times to guarantee the absence of minors. So if you want to sell explicit content (“NSFW”) your table will not be located in the general vendor hall.

Am I allowed to run an information booth promoting other Brony events?

Yes. We highly want to encourage Bronies to promote their events and strengthen the fandom. One thing that we believe is that as long as there are Brony events, the Brony fandom will live on. So if you apply for a vendor table because you want to promote other Brony events, you will get a table for free if your application gets accepted. Please note that you are not allowed to sell anything at your information booth except tickets to the event(s) that you are promoting.
