If you want to be a vendor at EuroBronyCon 2020, you have to make sure that you are acting according to the vendor rules. The following vendor rules apply:
1. Sales permission
In order to receive a sales permission, you have to apply for the ‘Vendor Application’. The sales permission will be granted based on individual evaluation by Bronies Austria. You will have to decide for how many tables you want to apply for and after your application was accepted and your payment for the tables is verified, the sales permission will be granted. The sales permission is only transferable upon request. You can also apply for a sales permission without an own table if you want to share a table with another vendor who already has a table.
2. Entry to the convention
Every vendor and every assistant has to get a ticket of choice from the ticket shop to get access to EuroBronyCon 2020.
3. Responsibilities for vendors
As a vendors, you have to provide information and keep track about what and how much you are selling. The sales permission can be withdrawn if unauthorised goods or services are sold or the vendor does not keep track of what and how much was sold. Also, vendors have to assure that they are acting according to austrian law, especially when it comes to taxes. Vendors are solely responsible for their own legal and tax affairs.
4. Vendor tables and space
Vendors are only allowed to sell their goods or services whithin the area of their tables that are provided. Every table has an area behind it which can be used for additional stands. If you are a vendor and you want to use your own tables or place stands besides or in front of the table please reach out to us in advance of the event.
5. Copyright
The provided goods and services must respect copyright regulations. The vendor has to assure compliance with copyright regulations and is solely liable for any consequences.
6. Informations booths
If you want a table to promote Brony conventions or Brony meetups and you are not selling anything (except tickets to the promoted event), you might get a table for free. Please mention your intends regarding this topic in your ‘Vendor Application’ or contact us directly via info@bronycon.eu.
7. Forbidden Items
Selling any goods which contain prohibited symbols is forbidden. This also applies for advertising or initiating services such as commissions as well as declaring to be willing to deliver such goods and services. Additionnaly, any specific goods may get prohibited upon special request if they do not apply to our rules, the rules of the venue or legal regualtions.
8. Selling foods and drinks
Due to regulations of our venue, vendors are not allowed to sell foods or drinks.
9. Explicit content (“NSFW”)
Generally, we want to give explicit content (“NSFW”) a place at our convention. But any type of goods that could be regarded as such, are subject to special restrictions given by the staff and are only allowed to be sold within limited areas and times.
10. Terms of Servcie
Any regualtions mentioned in the Terms of Service apply for vendors.
